A great way to finish the week! 💪🏒 Our final session gave the players the chance to put everything they had worked on throughout the week into practice with a series of mini games. It was fantastic to see the confidence, skill development, and game awareness on display. A brilliant end to an outstanding week of hard work!
Keeping our Pro Clinic athletes fuelled and ready to perform! 💧🏒 Between sessions, we’ve been making sure our players stay hydrated thanks to CWENCH Hydration While also providing healthy snacks and a nutritious lunch each day to keep energy levels high. Looking after hydration, nutrition, and recovery is just as important as the work put in on the ice. 💪
Pro Clinic – Day 3 💪🏒 Following this morning’s on-ice session, we took our players over to Edwards Performance for a hockey-specific off-ice circuit. Developing athletes isn’t just about what happens on the ice. Today’s session focused on movement, agility, power, and conditioning to help transfer those skills back into game situations. A huge thank you to Pete from Edwards Performance for hosting us and putting the players through their paces! 🔥
